Abstract: Objective To compare letrozole and clomiphene citrate ovulation treatment of polycystic ovary syndromeclinical effect. Methods 60 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, for ovulation induction therapy beforetaking the British adjust the endocrine, the control group on the basis of taking clomip hene treatment, the observation group used letrozole treatment, after treatment between statistical group ovula tion effect and carry out comparative. Results In the observation of the endometrial thickness group than the control group in the markedly thickened, with the number of dominant follicle, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate increased significantly compared with the control group, the incidence rate of OHSS is lower than control group, there were statistically significantdifferences between groups(P0.05). Conclusion Letrozole than cl omiphene in ovulation promoting syndrome better effect in treating polycystic ovary, clinical pregnancy rate is high, the risk is reduced and the thin the lining of the uterus, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, can be used as a first-line treatment for induction of ovulation.
