Title: Clinical study on various doses of letrozole for ovulation induction in clomiphene-resistant patients with ploycystic ovary syndrome
Abstract: Objective:To observe the clinical effect of various doses of letrozole for ovulation induction in clomiphene(CC)-resistant patients with ploycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:The clinical data in 73 clomiphene-resistant patients with PCOS were analysed retrospectively.Results:The ovary overstimulation syndrome and multiple pregnancy were not found in this group.Conclusion:The various doses of letrozole can be used as a medicine for ovulation induction in clomiphene-resistant patients with PCOS.The effect of ovulation induction is associated with dose of letrozole,but the pregnancy rate is not associated with dose of letrozole,without obvious adverse reaction.
