Title: Teatment of renal calculi with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) in treating renal caculi.Methods MPCNL was performed in 51 patients with renal calculi.The time of the operation,stone-clear rate,and complications were evaluated.Results 36 sides stone cases were finished in first stage.11 cases were finished in second stage.they were single channel of 47 cases.4 cases had performed with open operation for blooding.The average time of operation was 82 minutes,average nephrostomy tube stay was 6 days,average hospitalization stay was 12 days.Conclusion minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy appears to be minimally invasive,quick recovery,less complication efficacious,safe for renal calculi.
