Title: Determination of Flavones in Dried Tangerine Peel
Abstract: The flavonoid compounds were obtained by alcohol extracting in cooperration with ultrasonic wave.Rutin was reference standard and the concentration of flavones was determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm after the extraction reacted with coloring agents.The linear equation was A=0.011 34 C+ 0.001 25,r=0.999 9.The flavones content in samples was 1.54 percent calculated by Rutin,the recovery rate was 98.57 percent.
