Title: Observation of Effect of Different Concentration Sufentanil in Patient Self-controlled Epidural Analgesia after Operation of Lower Extremities in Orthopaedics
Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of different concentration sufentanil in patient self-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) after operation of lower extremities in orthopaedics.Method:60 patients with operation of lower extremities in orthopaedics were divided into two groups randomly. The patients received sufentanil 0.5 μg/ml add 0.125% ropivacaine for analgesia in Ⅰ group, and sufentanil 0.75 μg/ml add 0.125% ropivacaine for analgesia in Ⅱ group. The effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The analgesia effect was better in 2 h、4 h、8 h、16 h after operation in Ⅰ group than in Ⅱ group(P0.05).The sedation scores was higher in 4 h and 8 h after operation in Ⅱ group than in Ⅰ group, and there was a statistical difference(P0.05).There was no statistical difference(P0.05)about the adverse reaction in analgesia period in the two groups. Conclusion:Sufentanil 0.5 μg/ml add 0.125% ropivacaine for analgesia has a satisfactory effect and less adverse reaction in operation of lower extremities in orthopaedics.
