Title: Efficacy Observation on Hypertensive Renal Disease Treated with Irbesartan and Amlodipin
Abstract: OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Irbesartan and amlodipine on hypertensive renal disease.METHODS:300 patients with hypertensive renal disease were divided into 3 groups randomly,the changes of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,24 h urinary protein during treatment before and after 4 weeks treated with irbesartan(group A,150 mg,qd),Amlodipine(group B,5 mg,qd) or Combination of irbesartan and amlodipine(group C,the usage was same to group A,B) were analyzed.RESULTS:The results show that systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein of patients were significantly decreased after treatment with irbesartan and amlodipine(P0.01).There was no serious ADR found among 3 groups.CONCLUSION:The treatment of hypertensive renal disease with Combination of irbesartan and amlodipine is better,which can effectively control the level of blood pressure and reduce 24 h urinary protein.
