Title: The clinic obseration of the efficacy of ultrafiltration ascites and peritoneal reinfusion with intraperitroneal chemotherapy
Abstract: To explore the effect of intraperitoneal therapy to treat patients with tension ascites caused by advanced stage of liver cancer. 60 patients with tension ascites caused by advanced stage of liver cancer were divided randomly into three groups, patients in A group (n=22) were treated by reinfusing the ultrafiltrated ascites combined with chemotherapy intraperitoneally and by biological regulation methods; Patients in B group (n=20) were treated by ultrafiltration ascites reinfusion combined with intraperritoneal chemotherapy; Patients in C group (n=18) were treated by paracentesis and intravenous albumin infusion combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy. B type ultrasonics were observed before and after treatment. When the treatment were finished, the overall effective rate were 85%、55% and 38%, in group A、B、C、respectiverly. Ultrafiltration ascites and peritoneal reinfusion can increase the content of albumin in serum, and the pressure of serum colloid osmosis and can prevent from the increase of ascites, and it associated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy can control ascites effectually and better the chinical situations of kidney function, RAAS metabolism and urine sodium output and in addition they is no toxic and side effect. Ultrafiltration ascites and peritoneal reinfusion combined with intraperitoneal chemptherapy and biological regulation methods is an effective and safe therapy for patients with tension ascites caused by advanced stage of liver cancer and can be spread extensively.
