Title: The application of super-high resolution CT in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules
Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of 64-spiral CT super-high resolution screening technique in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules. Methods Nineteen cases of patients with pulmonary nodules received routine screening, local target screening, and reconstruction with 512 matrix and super-high resolution CT(1 024 matrix). The changes of leaflet, rag, mass density and pleura nearby were compared.Meanwhile the total reconstruction shapes of nidi were displayed and the alternatives of local bronchial were observed. Results There were differences between the high resolution and super-high resolution in detecting the leaflet depth of nodules. There were differences in detecting 8 cases in terms of dynamically enhancing CT value. One case of pulmonaryalveoli cancer showed ground glass nodules. There were differences between the two methods. The super-high resolution screening supported the malignancy diagnosis more and approached the pathology post surgery. There were differences between the stenosis and local small air path. There were differences in 2/5 patients in slight stenosis and unobstruction of mall air path. Conclusion The super-high resolution CT can display the stereoscopic shape of pulmonary nodules and local alternatives of bronchial more clearly, especially in the qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary micro-nodules and local ground glass shadow.
