Title: The Gene Expression Research of Metastasis Breast Cancer with Tissue Microarray
Abstract: To investigate the relationship between expression of c-erbB2,p53and cyclinE,and the progno-sis of patients with breast cancer. One hundred cases with lymph node metastasis treated with surgery,radio-therapy or chemotherapy were enrolled in this study.Tissue microarray was made from breast cancer tissues, and im-munohistochemistry stain on tissue microarray sections for c-erbB2,p53and cyclinE.The correlation among the staining indexes, the relationship between these protein expression and prognosis were analyzed.c-erbB2,p53and cyclinE expression in metastatic was higher than those in primary tumors(P0.05).No correlation was found between c-erbB2,p53and cyclinE and the patient's prognosis.[Conclusion]The relative genes of c-erbB2,p53and cyclinE exert synes-getic effect for regulating the metastasis mechanism in breast cancer. The increase of c-erbB2,p53and cyclinE protein can promote tumor's invasion and metastasis.
