Abstract:Genetic diversity of 112individuals from 4 Cerasus discoidea populations was investigated using 15SSR markers.A total of 54alleles were amplified,and the mean number of alleles per locus was 3.6,the a...Genetic diversity of 112individuals from 4 Cerasus discoidea populations was investigated using 15SSR markers.A total of 54alleles were amplified,and the mean number of alleles per locus was 3.6,the average of polymorphic locus percentage was 86.67%.The Nei's diversity index was 0.367 6~ 0.499 0and Shannon's diversity was 0.588 3~0.851 5.The AMOVA analysis showed that the majority of genetic variation occurred within populations(78%),and 22%occurred among the populations.The coefficient of genetic differentiation(Fst)and gene flow(Nm)were 0.264and 0.694 4,which indicated that the genetic differentiation was relatively evident,with fewness gene flow in Cerasus discoidea populations.The 4populations were divided into 2clades according to genetic distance.The possible formation of the middle level genetic diversity and the high genetic differentiation were discussed,and further strategies and suggestions for utilization and conservation of these resources were proposed.Read More
