Title: Changes of blood C-reactive protein, fibrinogen and blood uric acid in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance
Abstract: Objective:To explore the significance of change of blood C-reactive protein(CRP),fibrinogen(FBG) and uric acid(UA) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Levels of CRP,FBG and UA in 170 CHD patients were measured and compared with those in 58 healthy controls. Results:The levels of CRP[(15.38±4.15)mg/L],FBG[(4.69±0.91)g/L] and UA[(478.16±98.75)μmol/L] were significantly higher in CHD group than those in healthy control group(P0.01),and were greatly increased in AMI group compared with those of other pattern CHD cases. There was a positive correlation between CRP and FBG(r=0.793,P0.01).Conclusion:Levels of uric acid,C-reactive protein and fibrinogen are correlated with coronary heart disease.C-reactive protein is positive correlate with fibrinogen.
