Title: Correlation analysis of acute coronary syndrome and the level of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, uric acid and fibrinogen
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the correlation between acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and the level of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),uric acid(UA),fibrinogen(Fib). Methods:Fasting vein blood was gathered to examine the serum Hs-CRP,UA and Fib level in 329 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD) and 92 controls. The patients with CHD were divided into acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group and stable angina pectoris(SAP)group. The results of coronary angiography were analyzed to find the relationship of Hs-CRP,UA and Fib levels with the degree of morbid coronary artery. Results:The level of Hs-CRP,UA and Fib in CHD group were significantly higher than that of control group(all P0.01).The level of Hs-CRP and fibrinogen in ACS group were higher than SAP group(all P0.05).The level of Hs-CRP in ACS patients was positively correlated with the level of Fib.The levels of serum uric acid and fibrinogen positively related with severity of the degree of morbid coronary artery(P0.01).Conclusion:The levels of elevated serum Hs-CRP,UA and Fib are closely related with ACS.They might be correlated with the instability of atherosclerotic plaque. The levels of serum UA and Fib positively related with severity of CHD.This might be used as guidance of the prediction diagnosis and treatment of ACS.
