Title: Clinical observation in therapeutic effects of aerosol inhalation of asarin combined with ambroxol in postoperative pulmonary infection
Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the therapeutic effects of aerosol inhalation of asarin combined with ambroxol in postoperative pulmonary infection.【Methods】 115 patients with postoperative pulmonary infection were randomly divided into 3 groups: observation group,ambroxol group,and routine treatment group.On the basis of intravenous effective antibiotics and nutritional support,observation group,ambroxol group,and routine treatment group were respectively given aerosol inhalation of asarin combined with ambroxol,only ambroxol,and routine drugs.We observe the effects of treatment according to the sputum,lung rales and X-ray results.【Results】 The total effective rate of observation group,ambroxol group,and routine treatment group was respectively 96.83%,76.19%,and 75.00%,with a significant difference between either observation group and ambroxol group,or observation group and routine treatment group.No significant difference was found between ambroxol group and routine treatment group.【Conclusion】 Aerosol inhalation of asarin combined with ambroxol can be a first choice in postoperative pulmonary infection.
