Title: Effects of Tonifying Qi Nourishing Yin Clearing and Promoting Blood Circulation Chinese Herbs on Lipid Peroxidation in MCNS Rats
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of tonifying qi nourishing yin, clearing and promoting blood circulation Chinese herbs in MCNS rats. Methods:The MCNS model rats were induced by ADR venoclysis through caudal vein. The rats were randomLy divided into six groups:the normal control group, the model control group, the positive control group, the high dosage of Chinese herbs group, the middle dosage of Chinese herbs group, the low dosage of Chinese herbs group.Different treatment were given to every groups by ig administration for 4 weeks. We observed the amount of protein in urine, determined the levels of ALB,TC,TG,BUN,Scr,SOD,MDA,T-AOC in serum, observed morphologic change in kideneys. Results:Compared with the normal group, the levels of serum MDA of rats in the model group were increased, the levels of serum SOD,T-AOC of rats in the model group were decreased(P0.05~0.01).Chinese herbs could decrease the amount of protein in urine and the levels of AlB,SOD,T-AOC in serum, decrease the TC,TG,BUN,Scr,MDA in serum(P0.05~0.01),repair injured foot process of glomerule epithelial cell. Conclusion: MDA,SOD and T-AOC can be concerned with the pathogenesis of MCNS,Chinese herbs have obvious protective effect to MCNS rats, inhibit the lipid peroxidation reaction, prevent the further development of MCNS.It provides theoretic proofs in treating and preventing MCNS.
