Abstract:Objective To study application and advantages of small-incision non-phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation (IOL).Methods Three hundred and twenty six cases (348 eyes) of cataract were u...Objective To study application and advantages of small-incision non-phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation (IOL).Methods Three hundred and twenty six cases (348 eyes) of cataract were undergone small-incision non-phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation (IOL).Results The best corrected visual acuity higher than 0.5 was seen in 256 eyes(73.6%)in one week after operation and in 316 eyes(90.8%)within three month after operation.Conclusion Small incision, minimal tissue damage, less complications and rapid recovery of vision are advantages of small-incision non-phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Read More
