Title: On the Current Situation of Professionalization of the P.E Teacher under the Background of New Curriculum——Taking P.E Teachers of Middle School and Primary School in Changzhou as Examples
Abstract: By making use of documentation and materials,expert interview and questionnaire survey,this paper makes a investigation and analysis on 241 P.E teachers in 41 middle schools and primary schools in Changzhou city,only to find that the proportion of professional title structure of these teachers is unreasonable,and the understanding of the new curriculum standard among some teachers is insufficient,in addition,as a result of heavy workload and lacking of motion on professional development,there exists great barrier on the continuation education for P.E teachers and there are still much room for them to improve their ability in teaching and research.Based on the structure of professionalization teacher group,professional development,study and training of P.E teacher,this paper put forward some measures on the professionalization development of P.E teachers in middle school and primary school with a view to be better adapted to the reform and development of P.E new curriculum.
