Title: Interlanguage and foreign language teaching
Abstract: Interlanguage is a separate linguistic system which results from the learner's attempted production of the target language norm.Interlanguage theorists suggests that many errors made by Ll learners and L2 learners are similar in nature and reflect the learners' own self-generated system in its development. It can be seen from this that second language learning was like first language acquisition in that both processes involved possibly universal linguistic operations. So error analysis in the learner's interlanguage system is of great significance,Interlanguage theory can have a great influence on the foreign language teaching.
