Title: STUDY OF SEPARATING AND PURIFYING FLAVONOIDS FROM SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS GEORGI BY D241 RESIN
Abstract: s: It was studied that method and technology of separating and purifying flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by D241 resin. The dynamic exchange capacity of D241 resin is 43.8mg/ml resin while the efflux is at 2.0BV/h, the flavonoids concentration of extraction solution is at 17.5mg/ml and the PH value at 11.0. The flavonoids exchanged by D241 resin can be fully eluted by 4.5BV methanol which pH value is at 4.0, eluting efflux is at 1.5Bv/h and methanol concentration is at 60 percent. Compared with the acid settling method which the yield is 11.52% and flavonoids purity is 33.34%, the purity is increased to 74.9%, the yield is decreased to 4.83% after pectin removed, finally the purity is arrived to 91.5% and the yield is 3.54% through separating and purifying treatment by D241 resin.
