Title: The clinical efficacy of dopamine,dobutamine combined with salbutamol for 90 cases of infants with severe pneumonia
Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of dopamine,dobutamine and salbutamol for infants with se vere pneumonia.Methods The 90 cases of clinic of infant severe pneumonia patients in our hospital were retrospec tively analyzed from January 1,2009 to December 31,2012,and they were randomly divided into two groups and 45 cases for each group.The control group were treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group were treated with dopamine,dobutamine and salbutamol on the basisof control group.The the symptoms time was observed in the two groups.The clinical efficacy and adverse events was compared between the two methods.Results The symptoms and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group.In addition,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11% and the adverse reaction rate was 13.33%,while the control group was 66.67% and 24.44%.Visible,the efficacy and safety of the observation group were higher than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Dopamine,dobutamine and salbutamol is efficacy and safety to severe pneumonia which is worth to use in clinical practice.
