Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of different doses of atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia.Methods 70 patients with coronary hear...Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of different doses of atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia were randomly divided into control group(conventional lipid group) and treatment group(intensive lipid-lowering group).They were treated with atorvastatin 10mg/d and 20mg/d respectively for 2 months.Blood lipid changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After the treatment,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,HDL-C obviously increased,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05),but the data of the intensive lipidlowering group changed more significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin 20mg/d can significantly reduce blood lipid with good safety.Read More
