Abstract:Objective To comparied the effects of different doses of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 68 elderly patients with coronary h...Objective To comparied the effects of different doses of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 68 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in August 2009 to August 2011 selected in our hospital patients with hyperlipidemia patients,randomly divided into intensive group and normal group,strengthen the group given atorvastatin calcium 40mg/d;normal group were given atorvastatin 20mg/d.Therapeutic effect of two groups were compared after taking 4 courses.Results The total effective rate of strengthen group was 97.8%,the total effective rate of conventional group was 78.3%,the efficacy between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The adverse reaction rate of strengthen group was 4.4%,the adverse reaction rate of normal group was 4.3%,two groups of patients the adverse reaction rate comparison,no significant difference(P0.05).Comparison of total cholesterol,triglyceride,two patients of the three groups after treatment with LDL-C,the differences were statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Larger doses of atorvastatin calcium treatment of coronary heart disease in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia,the effect is significant.Read More
