Title: Application of Step Function Model to Steel Penstock Monitoring of Longjiang Hydropower Station
Abstract: The metal structure safety is a key problem of the stable operation of hydropower diversion system.The stress state of steel plates is monitored during the construction and filling water test periods of Longjiang hydropower station in Yunnan Province,and the stress change rule is analyzed comprehensively.With the variation characteristics of steel plate stress during the construction and filling water test periods,step function is adopted to establish the monitoring model of steel plate stress.Compared with the traditional statistical model,the results show that the fitting accuracy of step function model is significantly better than that of traditional model;it can reflect the steel plate stress state during the construction and filling water test periods precisely;according to the effective combination of monitoring model analysis and actual working condition,the feedback performance of safety monitoring data to actual working condition is improved.
