Title: The Contrasted Study between Insertion of Tracheal Intubation and Largneal Mask Airway during TIVA
Abstract: Objective The influence of haemodynamics and electroencephalography and the distinction of administered anesthesia agent were studied during total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA) insertion of tracheal intubation(Intubation) and largneal mask airway(LMA).Methods ASA(I-II) patients of TIVA were randomly divided into two groups(Intubation,n=30,LMA,n=30).The SBP,DBP,HR and BIS were monitored in different time points. The depth of general anesthesia was regulated by the determination of SBP and BIS(SBP±20%basal value,BIS 40-60).The total dose of administered agent such as propofol and remifentanil was recorded. Results There was a significant difference between intubation and LMA in such fields as influence of haemodynamics, anesthesia time, incidence rate of postoperative restlessness, incidence rate of throat and larynx-algia,the time of waking, the total dose of propofol and remifentanil. The value of BIS in LMA was higher than that in tracheal intubation group after 3 minutes. Conclusion LMA is superior to tracheal intubation during TIVA on the influence of haemodynamics and administering anesthesia agent.
