Title: Observe the Clinical Efficacy of Laryngeal Mask Airway Insertion in General Anesthesia Undergoing Hysterectomy
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Laryngeal mask airway insertion in general anesthesia undergoing hysterectomy. Methods Forty ASAⅠpatients scheduled for hysterectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups:Laryngeal mask airway(LMA) group(group L,n=20) and endotracheal intubtion group(group T,n=20).General anesthesia was induced with fentangly 4μg/kg,propofoul 2.5mg/kg,atracurium 0.75mg/kg.Propofoul was consecutively transfered at the rate of 80μg/(kg·min) during operations, fentangly 1.5μg/kg and atracurium 0.2mg/kg were given intravenously at 30 minuties.Arterial blood gas analysis was made separately before anesthesia, hysterectomy, after operation.HR,MAP were measured at different time digreen. Results There were no significant difference before in pre-inserve about MAP and HR.In group T MAP and HR were significantly higher than group L,whether insertion or removal.During the whole surgical operation in group L MAP and HR were higher group T.Conclusion The effect of LMA insertion or removal on haemodynamics were not as great as that of endotracheal intubation or extubation, but, during operation, these was the opposite result:the cardiovascular stress response to LMA more strongly than tracheal intubation.
