Title: Diagnostic value of DWI and FLAIR in superacute and acute cerebral infarction
Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging and fluid attenuated inversion recovery in superacute and acute cerebral infarction patient. Methods:We analyzed 56 cases of acute cerebral ischemia patients in regular MRI,FLAIR and DWI imaging. Results:The positive rates of DWI,FLAIR and T2WI in 16 cases of superacute cerebral infarction patients were 93.75%,60% and 50%,respectively.The positive rates of DWI,FLAIR and T2WI in 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were 100%,90% and 87.5%,respectively.Conclusion:DWI is superior to FLAIR and T2WI in displaying superacute and acute cerebral infarction. There is no difference between FLAIR and T2WI in displaying superacue and acute cerebral infarction.
