Title: Simultaneous determination of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA in Salvia miltiorrhizaby microemulsion liquid chromatography
Abstract: Objective To develop an MELC method for determining cryptotanshinone and tanshinone in Salviamiltiorrhizasimultaneously.Methods A Diamonsil C18column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used,and the mobile phase consisted of 0.14mol·L-1SDS-1.08mol·L-1 n-butanol-0.070mol·L-1 n-octane-water at a flow rate of 0.7mL·min-1.The column temperature was room temperature,and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results The linear range of cryptotanshinone and tanshinoneⅡ A were within 0.962-38.48 and 1.022-40.88μg,respectively.The correlation coefficient r were 0.999 5and 0.999 8,respectively.The average recoveries(n=6)were 96.5% with RSD=2.71%(n=6)and 97.2% with RSD=1.69%(n=6).Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and reliable,and could be applied in the determination of the two components in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
