Title: Determination of the contents of four fat-soluble components in Salvia miltiorrhiza by HPLC
Abstract: Objective To establish a method to simultaneously determine the contents of tan-shinoneⅡA,tanshinoneⅠ,dihydro-tanshinone and cryptotanshinone in Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia przewalskii Maxim by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods Column: C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase:Ⅴ(methanol):Ⅴ(water)=80:20;flow rate:1.0 mL/min.Results TanshinoneⅡA,tanshinoneⅠ,dihydro-tanshinone and cryptotan-shinone were at the range of 17~200,10~124,11~134 ng and 4~49 ng,respectively.The linear relation was good,and the average recovery rate was 101.91%,98.83%,103.10%and 99.95%, respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and effective,and can be used to determine the contents of Salvia przewalskii Maxim by HPLC.
