Title: Population Genetic Structure Analysis of Indigenous Ducks in Fujian Province
Abstract: In this study,the allele frequency of 12 microsatellite loci in Liancheng,Putian,Jinding,shanma,and Fujian muscovy duck were detected by STR genotyping method based on ABI-3730XL DNA Sequencing platform. The quantity of all individuals was 464. The alleles were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 and Structure2.0 software. The results showed that the polymorphisms of all the 12 loci were abundant and 81 alleles were obtained. The distribution of the alleles was analyzed by principal component analysis and 4 principal components were got. The accumulating contribution rate of the first 3 principal components was 85.904%. The genetic differentiation structure and distribution of independent groups of 5 indigenous populations were structured by structure procedure. The average gene components in their supposed groups were 94.7%,95.9%,92.4%,93.3%,97.8%,and only 4 individuals were migrated into another population. The phylogenetic tree showed that the genetic distances between the populations were nearer than that between 4 populations and Fujian muscovy duck. Shanma and Jinding duck,Putian and Liancheng duck were respective clustered firstly and then clustered with Fujian muscovy duck.
