Title: Study on Extraction Technology of General Flavonoids in Pyrrosia petiolosa(Chist) Ching
Abstract: Objective To optimize extraction process of general flavonoids from Pyrrosia petiolosa(Cirst) Ching. Methods Rutin was used as reference substance, and the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Four factors, including ultrasonic processing time, ethanol concentration, dosage of ethanol and extraction time were selected to design the orthogonal experiments. Results The optimal extraction scheme is ethanol concentration of 60 %, solid-liquid ratio of 1:8, ultrasonic processing time of 15 min, reflux extraction time of 30 min. Conclusion The extration technology possesses high efficiency, and can provide a theoretical basis for further research.
