Title: Optimization of Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids in Agrimoniae
Abstract: Objective:To optimize the extraction process of the total flavonoids in Agrimony.Methods:The content of total flavonoids in Agrimony was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as the standard control.The yield of flavonoids was considered as the indicator to optimize the main influencing factors of extraction of Agrimony by orthogonal test.Results:The optimum extraction process was using eight times the amount of 50% ethanol,extracting 2 times,one hour for each time.Conclusion:The extraction process is economical,reasonable and feasible and it can provide the basis for the extraction of Agrimony.
