Title: Flow stress behaviors of Al-Fe alloy under hot compression deformation
Abstract: The flow stress behaviors of Al-Fe alloy was studied at the temperature of 783K~693K and deformation rate of 0.01s-1~10s-1 by using Gleeble-1500 simulated machine.The results indicated that the rheologic feature of steady-state is significant;the flow stress is sensitive to strain rate and temperature.The relationship between the analytical peak stress of the true stress-strain curve,the deformation temperature and the strain rate had been obtained through this experiment.The rheologic action of Al-Fe alloy under high temperature plastic deformation had been described by Zener-Hollomon parameter with Arrhenius item.The true stress-strain equation obtained through calculation.
