Title: Flow Stress Constitutive Equation of 7085 Aluminum Alloy during Hot Compression
Abstract: The flow stress behavior of 7085 aluminum alloy during hot compression deformation was studied by thermal simulation test at the strain rate of 1~38s-1and the deformation temperature of 260~440℃ on the Gleebe-1500 thermal-mechanical similar. The results show that the flow stress increases with increasing strain and tends to be constant after a peak value. The peak stress increases with increase of strain rate, and decreases with increase of deformation temperature. The flow strain hardening coefficient n and deformation activation energy Q were evaluated by linear regression analysis. And the flow stress constitutive equation of 7085 aluminum alloy during hot compression was obtained.
