Title: MEASUREMENT OF SERUM hsCRP,UA AND TG IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE
Abstract: ObjectiveTo assess the levels of serum hsCRP,UA and TG in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and their correlativity.MethodsVenous blood(5 mL) was collected from the CHD patients(n=49) and normal healthy adults(n=30) separately.Serum hsCRP,UA and TG were assessed by automatic biochemistry analyzer.ResultsThe levels of hsCRP,UA and TG in the patients were significantly higher than those of the normal healthy adults(t=2.294-2.926,P0.05).The positive rates of hsCRP,UA and TG in the patients were 43%(21/49),31%(15/49) and 37%(18/49) respectively, the differences among them were not significant(r=-0.18-0.60,P0.05).ConclusionIncrease of the levels of serum hsCRP,UA and TG is an independent risk factor which separately influence on patients with coronary heart disease.Combined assessments of the above parameters are of clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients.
