Title: Syndrome of Different Doses of Omeprazole in the Treatment of Abdominal Pain
Abstract: Objective To assess the efficacy of different doses of omerprazole in the treatment of epigastric pain syndrome.Methods 112 patient with documented epigastric pain syndrome base on Rome Ⅲ criteria of FD in outpatient.Dpartment at gastroenterology of the frist people's hospital of Liang Shan canton,from January 2007 to September 2009 were randomly divided into once-daily omeprazole,10 mg(group A),or omeprazole,20 mg(group B),or omeprazole,40 mg(group C).After 4 weeks period,the FD symptoms were evaluate.Results Compare with the type of FD,the sex ratio and the age structure of each group were no significant difference(P0.05).After the treatment of different doses of omerprazole,the scores of syndrome in group A,group C and group B,were significant lower than before the treatment(P0.05).After 4 weeks period,the total effective rate of groupB and groupC were significant higher than groupA(P0.05),the total effective rate of group B and group C were no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Omerprazole therapy markly improves the clinical symptoms of EPS,and 20mg daily omerprazole have a better clinical efficacy.
