Method Serum cTnⅠ was measured in 51 patients with UPA and 40 patients with normal coronary angiography.Relative risk factors and occurrence of cardiac events were analyzed. Results In 22 patients with UAP,cTnⅠ≥0.4 μg/L,was positve,(cTnⅠ0.4 μg/L=negative).The incidence of heart events were significantly higher in positive patients with cTnⅠ than in negative patients. Conclusion cTnⅠ is a highly sensitive and specific marker for assessing minor myocardial damage.cTnⅠ≥0 4 μg/L shows risk in patients with UAP and is an important indicator to treat using revascularization.Read More
