Title: Clinical observation of Gonglaomu solution and Adapalene gel in treating acne vulgaris
Abstract: Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Gonglaomu solution and adapalene gel for the treatment of light and moderate acne vulgaris. Methods 105 patients of light and moderate acne vulgaris were divided into 2 groups at random:55 patients in experimental group were treated with Gonglaomu solution and adapalene gel,50 patients in control group were treated with adapalene gel. Results The effictive rate of the experimental group is 78.18%,the effictive rate of the control group is 60% six weeks later. The effictive rates of the two groups were compared with a significant difference(χ2=4.086,P0.05),which indicates the former is more effictive than the later. Conclusions There is satisfactory clinical efficacy when Gonglaomu solution and adapalene gel were used in treating light and moderate acne vulgaris.
