Title: Efficacy analysis of many drug joint in the treatment of peptic ulcer
Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of many drug combination therapy for the chronic peptic ulcer. Methods: 70 cases who were chronic peptic ulcer from December 2010 to April 2011 were collected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 35 examples, the control group were given amoxicillin and tindazole treatment, the observation group were given pantoprazole sodium on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and rate of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1% and 94.3% in control group, there were no significant differences between the two groups, P0.05. But the observation group of 1, 3 days in pain relief was significantly higher than that of the control group, P0.05. Conclusion: Many drug joint therapy for chronic peptic ulcer can significantly relief their pain symptoms.
