Title: The effects of early nursing intervention on functional restoration in patients with cerebral stroke
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of early nursing intervention on motor functional restoration and ADL in patients with cerebral stroke. Methods Total 82 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups: nursing interventional group and controlled group. Two groups were given general nursing. While patients in nursing intervention group were given feasible interventional measure else. The scores in motor function and ADL were given on two groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. The results were compared. Results The scores in motor function and ADL are much higher in nursing interventional group than that in controlled group (P0.05). Conclusion early nursing intervention can improve functional restoration in patients with cerebral stroke .
