Title: Effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing strategy on early functional exercise compliance in patients with stroke and hemiplegia
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing strategy on early functional exercise compliance in patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods 88 patients with stroke and hemiplegia were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation nursing,while the intervention group was given systematic rehabilitation nursing strategy.After 15 days and 30 days treatment,they were compared by rehabilitative nursing ADL scale.One day before they left hospital,they were compared by early functional exercise compliance questionnaire.Results ① The score on early functional exercise compliance in intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).② Scores on rehabilitative nursing ADL scale in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05),except the item of personal hygiene after they stayed in hospital for 15 days.All the scores on rehabilitative nursing ADL scale in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05) after they stayed in hospital for 30 days.Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation nursing strategy can help to improve compliance of the patients with stroke and hemiplegia,which could improve their daily activity ability.
