Title: ANALYSIS OF CURATIVE EFFECT OF EARLY REHABILITATION INTERVENTION ON FEMORAL NECK FRACTURE IN OSTEOPOROTIC PATIENTS
Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the postoperative recovery effect of early rehabilitation intervention on osteoporotic patients with femoral neck fracture.[Methods] 48 osteoporotic cases with femoral neck fractures in our hospital from January 2008-December 2009 were divided into observation group and control group.Control group was carried out usual care,observation group was implemented usual care and early rehabilitation intervention.Observed the efficacy and complications after treatments in the two groups.[Results] The excellent and good rate,complication rate was 91.7%,8.3%,significantly better than the control group,75.0%,37.5%,the difference was significant(χ2 = 4.55,P﹤0.05;χ2 = 5.78,P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] Early rehabilitation intervention is successful,crucial to the reconstruction of hip joint function,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce morbidity,and improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of further promotion.
