Title: Efficacy Analysis of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules and Yinzhihuang Granules Combined with Phototherapy in Treating Neonatal Jaundice
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of phototherapy, phototherapy combined with Yinzhihuang, phototherapy combined with Yinzhihuang and bifidobacterium triple viable capsules in the treatment of 424 cases of neonatal jaundice and to analyze the need of using bifidobacterium triple viable capsules and Yinzhihuang combined with phototherapy in treating neonatal jaundice. Methods 424 cases of neonatal Jaundice were randomly divided into three groups:phototherapy(group A),phototherapy combined with Yinzhihuang(group B),phototherapy combined with Yinzhihuang and bifidobacterium triple viable capsules(group C).The disappearing time of jaundice and the changes of transcutaneous bilirubin of the three groups were observed. Results The disappearing time of jaundice in the three groups was(8.8±3.1)d,(6.6±2.6)d and(4.3±2.2)d respectively, and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(F=104.80,P0.01).The disappearing time in group B and group C was significantly shorter than that of the group A(P0.01).The disappearing time of group C was significantly shorter than that of the group B(P0.01).The levels of transcutaneous bilirubin before treatment, one day after treatment, two days after treatment and three days after treatment showed no statistically significant differences among the three groups(P0.05).While the levels of transcutaneous bilirubin four days after treatment, five days after treatment, six days after treatment and seven days after treatment showed statistically significant differences among the three groups(P0.05),with the levels of group B and group C significantly lower than that of group A(P0.01) and the level of group C significantly lower than that of group B(P0.01).Conclusion Phototherapy combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules and Yinzhihuang granules is effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice without adverse drug reaction.
