Title: Clinical effect analysis of albumin treating neonatal jaundice
Abstract: Objective To discuss the main method and clinical effect of albumin treating neonatal jaundice. Methods 96 cases with neonatal jaundice reached clinical intervention standard and received clinical conventional treatment in our hospital from November 2011 to December 2013 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group, and there were 48 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with albumin combined with blue light, and the control group was treated with blue light and Yinzhihuang. The change of serum γ-GT,TBiL,CRP and FFA before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy between two groups were compared. Results After 3 days treatment,in the treatment group,42 cases were cured and 6 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 100% while in the control group,30 cases were cured and 8 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 79.2%,and there was a statistical difference of the clinical efficacy in the two groups(P0.05);after 5 days treatment, there was a statistical difference of the level of related indicators(γ-GT,TBiL,CRP and FFA) of serum of the two groups compared with before treatment, and the level of related indicators above-mentioned of serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Albumin combined with blue light treating neonatal jaundice not only is easy and has evident effect, but also has small adverse reaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
