Title: Clinical effect observation of live combined bifidobacterium in treatment of neonatal jaundice
Abstract: Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect observation of neonatal jaundice adjuvant treated by live combined bifidobacterium. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of neonatal jaundice were selected from February 2010 to February 2011,who received treatment. They were averagely divided into two groups.Sixty cases of control group were treated by the conventional treatment, including blue light irradiation and drug treatment.Observation group were taken live combined bifidobacterium as adjuvant therapy on the basis of conventional treatment until the jaundice disappeared. The jaundice index of both groups were observed and compared. Results Through the observation, the effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group, which was 68.33%.The daily bilirubin drop value and end time for treatment of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences had statistical significance(P 0.05).The adverse reaction rate of observation group and control group were 3.33% and 8.33% respectively, the difference had no significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Live combined bifidobacterium has an obvious effect to neonatal jaundice. It can shorten the treatment time, with security and fast effect. It is worth clinical application.
