Title: Clinical Treatment of Research of Letrozole to Infertility after the Laparoscopic Surgery in PCOS
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of letrozole infertility patients with PCOS after the laparoscopic surgery. Methods 60 infertility cases after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,letrozole group and control group. the endometrial thickness,follicle-ripening time,the number of mature follicles,ovulation rate,a single follicle ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,the number of twins were recorded. Results There was ovulated in 15 cycles,no dominant follicle grew in 5 cycles,and the dominant follicle grew but not ovulated in 1 cycle after 21 cycles treatment in the letrozole group. There was ovulation in 14 cycles,no dominant follicle grew in 5 cycles,and the dominant follicle grew but not ovulated in 2 cycles after 21 cycles treatment in the control group. There were significantly difference of HCG on endome-trial thickness,follicle-ripening time,the number of mature follicles,cycle,ovulation rate,a single follicle ovulation rate,cycle,pregnancy rate, the number of twins between the two group(P0.05),ovulation rate and pregnancy rate was not statistically significant. Conclusion There are high ovulation rate and pregnancy rate after treated with letrozole of PCOS patients who can’t pregnant after the laparoscopic surgery.
