Title: Observation on the Effect of Human Albumin Injection on the Basis of Routine Therapy for Infants with Refractory Diarrhea
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of human albumin injection,in addition to basis of routine therapy,on infants with refractory diarrhea.Methods:Seventy-nine cases of refractory diarrhea were divided into treatment group and control group, which were both treated routinely. And in addiction, patients in the treatment group were treated with human albumin injection. Results:The treatment group showed an effect of 95.2%,while the control group did an effect of 89.1% without statistical difference from the treatment group(χ2=0.34,P0.05).The average therapeutic time in the treatment group was(5.9±2.7)d,while was(9.6±3.1)d in the control group, and there was statistical significance(t=7.155,P0.001).The correction rate of hypoalbuminemia in the treatment group was 100%,while in the control group was 40%,and there was statistical significance(χ2=4.82,P0.05).Conclusion:When treating patients with refractory diarrhea, human albumin injection,in addition to the basis of routine therapy, could shorten clinical course.
