Title: Effects of activated carbon electrode on the performance of supercapacitor
Abstract: The symmetry supercapacitor, assembled with electrodes made of commercial appropriative activated carbon, were introduced. Galvanostatic charge-discharge, AC impedance, etc. were used for the electrochemical behavior investigation. It showed that the potential scope of the positive was over 61 % of the total voltage of the supercapacitor, and its resistance was over 66%. Charge saturation for the negative occured at low frequency, and the most capacitance stored in eleclrodes were available, but that of the positive was not observed.
