Title: Research on 5V Active Carbon Based Super Capacitor
Abstract: The electrochemical performances of active carbon based supercapacitor are discussed. The porous carbon material prepared by re-ething technique exhibits perfect physical structure and properties. Its good electrochemical performances have been confirmed by the experiment of CV and AC impedance analysis etc. The specific capacitance of active carbon is 173.2 F/g in the discharge with the current density of 16 mA/cm2. Under large discharge current condition, the specific capacitance of EDLC decreases slightly and the specific energy of material remains 5.0 Wh/kg or over. Of the newly-developed 5 V supercapacitor, the capacitance is over 3F, and the resistance less than 120 mΩ.
