Title: Observation on Curative Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and Comfortable Nursing of Patients with Intestinal Obstruction
Abstract: Objective: To discuss the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and comfortable nursing on intestinal obstruction. Methods: The up-to-standard 102 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in the control group were treated by western medicine routine treatment and nursing,and 52 cases in the treatment group were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and comfortable nursing. Results: Cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 88. 46%,98. 08%. Cure rate and total effective rate in the control group were 72. 00%,84. 00%. Between the two groups,the difference were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Recovery time of bowel function in the treatment group was earlier than that of the control group; and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction,very satisfaction difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the total satisfaction rate( P 0. 05). In the two groups no obvious adverse reaction was found during treatment.Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can accelerate gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction. The comfortable nursing can improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing care.
