Title: 3D-CT or MRA imaging to display whole portal venous system in laparoscopic selecting disconnection of portalazygous venous collaterals
Abstract: Objective To assess the value of 3D-CT or MRA imaging to display whole portal venous system in laparoscopic selecting disconnection of portalazygous venous collaterals. MethodsAnalyzed the results of 35 patients with liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension who were treated with endoscopic variceal ligtion plus 3D-CT or MRA imaging to display whole portal venous system in selecting disconnection of portalazyous veous collaterals. Results All the patients were followed up from 8-37 months. There was no operative mortality, no short term rebleeding and no encephalopathy after operation. Conclusion3D-CT or MRA imaging to display whole portal venous system in laparoscopic selecting disconnection was feasible, effective, safe method with advantages in treating portal hypertension. There is great value of three-dimensional imaging based on 3D-CT or MRA in portal venous system to select operation.
