Title: Application Effects of Three-dimensional Dynamic Contrast-enhanced MR Angiography for Portal Vein Hypertention
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the features and diagnostic value of three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MR angiography(3D-CE-MRA) in portal vein hypertention.Methods:3D-CE-MRA and scan of abdomer were performed and subsequently post-processed using three-dimensional reconstruction in 20 patients with portal vein hypertention. Results:The main 3D-CE-MRA appearances of portal vein hypertetion included disappearance of the normal configuration of the portal vein and grade II potal vein in liver, substitution of a great deal of collateral veins, appearance of the collateral in the abdominal cavity and wall.Conclution:3D-CE-MRA can display portal vein system and collateral veins integrately and is of a great value in the diagnosis and clinical treatment of portal vein hypertention.
